  • What is the processing and shipping time once an order is placed?

When you choose HairGarten for hair care products, we will have your orders processed and shipped within 3 business days.

  • What can I expect after placing an order?

Upon placing an order, you can anticipate receiving an initial email containing the details of your order. Subsequently, once your order undergoes processing, you will be notified via email, which will include your tracking number.

  • Why did I receive an email notification with my tracking number but do not see any tracking movement?

After the creation of your shipping label, a tracking number is generated, leading to the receipt of an email notification. However, tracking movement will not be visible until the post office scans the tracking label during the shipping process.

  • When will my package be shipped?

Packages are scheduled to be dispatched to the post office from Monday to Friday, excluding all major holidays.

  • Why is my shipping cost so expensive?

The shipping cost aligns with the prevailing domestic fees for USPS first class, padded flat rate, medium flat rate, and large flat-weight boxes.

  • Who can I contact for information about my order?

You can contact HairGarten directly via phone number or email with your order confirmation number.

  • What is the shelf life of these products?

HairGarten hair care products are best when used within 18 months of purchase.

  • Can I mix my hair products with water?

It is advisable not to dilute our products by adding water. The formulation is carefully balanced to prevent mold formation, and introducing additional water can disrupt this balance, potentially leading to mold growth.

  • Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns for all unused products. Upon receiving the items, we will initiate a refund through your original payment method. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for any returns.

  • What is the LCO method?

The LCO method, an acronym for Liquid, Cream, Oil, involves a sequential application of products. It begins with a liquid, followed by a cream, and concludes with an oil. This method is highly effective in promoting moisture retention and is considered one of the best approaches for achieving optimal hydration.
