Where is my package?
A tracking number will be generated once your mailing label is printed. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be ready. Once the package is at the post office , you will have an update on your packages physical location.
How long is the shelf life of my product?
As long as these products are not mixed with additional water they will last 6 months to a year. If there is additional water added, molding will naturally occur.
Which shipping company do you use?
USPS priority and first class mail only.
Are these products safe for children?
Our products are made with natural ingredients that are safe for children. However, if there is an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients or changes on skin, stop use of the products immedietly. Allergic reactions can happen even when using natural products due to skin sensitivities. Please contact your physician immedietly if a reaction occurs.
Are there nut oils in any of the products?
Some of our products contain Castor Oil , any product with nut products will be mentioned on the ingredient list on the label.

Why is the consistency different then the same product I previously purchased?
Due to the nature of our Natural ingredients, consistensies , color and scents may very slightly. Aslo settling may occur in some products. These variations will not change the effectiveness of the products in any way .
I am receiving a shipping address error during checkout. Why?
Our shipping section is in direct ties with USPS. If you receive and error it is because USPS does not recognize the address to be valid. Please review your information and try again thank you.
My tracking says my order was delivered however I do not have my package.
Once HairGarten release the package to the post office, we are not responsible for the package. If you have inquiries about your package or if you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, please contact USPS and have your tracking number ready. You will likely have to start a claim.
My tracking number is generated and I received an email that my package is shipped but I see no tracking activity, why?
USPS will automatically email you saying your package is on its way as soon as the label is generated. You will see tracking activity once the package is physically brought to the post office and that package is scanned into the system .
